About
The project is part of a drive to improve the user experience within stations by making access points and landmarks more visible, intuitive, and welcoming. All signage has been redesigned to be simpler and more basic. By reducing the number of signs in stations, the aim is to make the user journey more intuitive.
To ensure optimal visibility even during peak hours, arrows are placed on the walls and colored ramps, associated with the metro line, guide passengers to the platform. This simplification of the overall system allows for a dedicated space for reception points, renamed Info Points and marked in yellow for immediate identification.

Identity
We chose to start signage for reception points outside the station in order to guide users as early as possible. Once in front of the payment terminals, a line on the floor starts from the call terminal and guides users continuously to their destination.
