About
A week-long immersive workshop in the Ardèche region, shared with 17 fellow students in a secluded natural setting, provided the framework for both formal and conceptual research. The goal was to develop a personal project deeply informed by the observation and analysis of the surrounding environment.

The way
A forest walk captured through an 85mm lens revealed microscopic details, heightened by the morning dew. These fleeting moments, gone as soon as the walk ended, became the heart of this project: freezing the ephemeral and making the infinitely small visible through woodland elements.

Results
The project took shape as a jewelry collection. After gathering forest elements that resembled microscopic details, each natural find was frozen in hot wax and mounted onto a wire frame. Once the piece was assembled, it was repeatedly dipped in white wax to permanently seal and preserve it.
